Please, make sure that your country does not appear on this list of the currently suspended destinations.

! Since Trump's regulations on shipments, tariffs are applied upon their arrival in the US.


Shipping Information

* All orders are shipped from France.


— For tracked parcels : I'll let you know your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Depending on the destination country, there is a possibility that your tracking status stops being updated on the link provided in the shipping notice email after your parcel crossed the French border. In that case, please use your tracking number on your local carrier's website to continue to follow your order.


— For non-tracked parcels : Please keep in mind that I won't be able to send you another package for free, if yours gets lost in transit (considering the fact that there is no way to track it or to complain to the post services with this option).



* Orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business days.


— For preordered items, I'll keep you updated about the manufacturing process and schedule through announcements on my Twitter and Instagram accounts. You will be able to know when your parcel is going to be sent out.


— Please, take this information in account if you're planning on moving and let me know as soon as possible about any change of address to avoid your order to be sent to the wrong place!



Order issues and refunds

— If you have any issue or question about your order, don't hesitate to contact me via the contact form / info.naruysae@gmail.com. I'll do my possible to resolve the problem and issue a replacement or refund, if necessary.

Please note that in case of refund, only the net amount will be sent back to you (PayPal / Stripe transaction fees won't be refunded).
